Tasks
- Set up one production line and three thermization lines.
- Manage production schedules based on daily orders.
- Prevent batch contamination and ensure recipe compliance.
Skills
- CFC in milling or equivalent; experience is a plus.
- Familiar with production management software and tools.
- Team player, able to work autonomously after training.

- Start-up: 1 production line and 3 pasteurization lines
- Manage the production program according to daily orders
- Prevent batch contamination
- Change the dies according to recipe requirements
- Ensure that manual introduction rules are strictly followed (ref. ISO)
- Know and apply UFA Quality protocols
- Eventually: replace rotating millers in 3x8 during their absences.
- CFC of miller or operator of automated machines or equivalent training, an asset
- Experience of a few years or in a similar position would be a plus
- Accustomed to working in a GPAO control room (computer-assisted production management)
- Easy use of common computer tools
- Knowledge of the processes for manufacturing feed, an asset
- Person who is rigorous, dynamic, and has a sense of priorities
- Willing to work in a team (3x8 hours)
- Capable of independently managing the factory after the training period (working alone on weekends)
- Flexible for working 1 full weekend out of 2 (Saturday and Sunday)
