Your Tasks
- Responsibility for bed occupancy in cooperation with residential counseling
- Conducting admission and contract discussions, including explanation of the tariff regulations
- Contact person for residents, relatives, and representatives for various concerns
- Control of the monthly dunning run
- Providing information to interested parties and conducting tours
Your Profile
- Degree as a social worker (HF/FH, CAS or similar) and/or further training in case management
- Knowledge of the Swiss healthcare system and social insurances
- Several years of professional experience in the field
- Strong customer and service orientation as well as high resilience
- Very good oral and written German skills, additional languages are an advantage
- Confident handling of IT tools (MS Office, Care Coach, Lobos, etc.)
