Your tasks
- Adjustment and maintenance of customer data, especially management of subscription authorizations and address changes
- Recording and processing of transactions such as payments and stock exchange orders
- Handling customer inquiries from domestic and foreign clients by phone, email, or in personal conversations involving internal interfaces
- Support in the management and maintenance of custodian agreements and fund prospectuses
- Taking over and coordinating smaller projects within the Fund & Capital Markets area
- Monitoring and updating customer profiles according to internal guidelines and regulatory requirements
- Close cooperation with internal departments such as Legal, Compliance, and Operations to ensure efficient processes and customer-oriented solutions
Your profile
- Completed banking apprenticeship or higher education with a focus on Banking & Finance or Insurance
- Initial professional experience in the financial environment, ideally related to fund or capital market products
- Strong interest in financial products and good understanding of the players in the fund and capital market environment as well as a structured, team-oriented working style with a high willingness to learn
- Basic understanding of compliance and KYC requirements in the financial sector is an advantage
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
- Strong customer orientation, proactive attitude, and careful, structured working style
- Very good German and English skills (level C1/C2)
