Here you will be involved
- in the responsibility for appointment scheduling, coordination, and smooth operation of the anesthesia consultation
- in patient reception and telephone contact with patients as well as internal and external offices
- in the surgical planning of the entire hospital
- in ensuring administrative processes
- in interdisciplinary collaboration with doctors and MPAs
You
- have completed vocational training as an MPA or completed vocational training in the commercial field with further training as a medical and hospital secretary
- have several years of professional experience as a medical secretary in a similar position
- possess empathetic and customer-oriented manners
- have good PC skills
- have confident German language skills
- are an organizational talent
- are a team-oriented, friendly, flexible, and resilient personality
