Junior Corporate Partnerships Manager*in Climate Protection (gn) 80-100% at the locations Zurich, Berlin, Cologne, Hamburg, Reutlingen or Vienna
Your tasks:
- You handle incoming inquiries from companies and private individuals – with a clear focus on customer needs.
- You coordinate the entire inquiry, offer, and order processing reliably and service-oriented.
- You create status reports, statistics, and protocols – thanks to your structured and analytical nature.
- You send offers and relevant documents to customers and ensure clear communication.
- You manage orders from order confirmation to contract conclusion – precisely and on time.
- You work closely with the Corporate Partnerships Managers and keep project documents up to date.
- You act as an important interface between our consulting and the sales team.
- You contribute your ideas to further develop sales processes and interfaces.
Your profile:
- You bring 2–3 years of experience in sales or marketing and may even score with know-how in the environmental or sustainability sector.
- You have a bachelor's degree or commercial training – and are eager to apply this knowledge effectively.
- You are proficient in MS Office and confident in using CRM systems because efficient processes are important to you.
- Ideally, you have knowledge of CSR processes and want to support companies on their sustainability journey.
- You are intrinsically motivated, full of positive energy, and have the doer gene that really drives projects forward.
- You work independently, keep an overview even under pressure, and adapt flexibly to new challenges.
- You appear open, likeable, and authentic – and your enthusiasm for climate protection inspires others.
- You conduct conversations clearly, structured, and goal-oriented and consciously use questioning techniques to understand needs.
- You handle criticism and conflicts constructively and find solutions that help people move forward.
- You communicate fluently in German and feel comfortable in an environment that works on an equal footing.
