You make it possible! In this responsible position, you create efficiency, network, and secure standards. As the central interface between customers, technology, and sales, you manage exciting customer projects and optimization initiatives and have a direct impact on quality and competitiveness.

Your area of responsibility includes:

• Leading pioneering projects: You manage investment and optimization projects from the initial idea to successful go-live.

• Innovations in series: You accompany exciting customer projects from kick-off through sampling to series maturity and decide on the technical feasibility of forward-looking solutions.

• Optimizing with system: You develop and implement innovative continuous improvement systems, identify efficiency potentials, and design manufacturing processes.

• Driving technological progress: You evaluate modern machining technologies, conduct feasibility studies, and develop automation solutions that make a difference.

• Ensuring quality: You take responsibility for customer and certification audits, conduct them confidently in English, and implement sustainable improvements.

• Knowledge management: You inspire colleagues through practical training and develop innovative learning formats.

• Shaping a sustainable future: You analyze the climate balance, initiate effective CO₂ reduction projects, and establish environmentally friendly production methods.

To be successful in this position, you have completed a qualified education with a technical degree or further training as a HF technician. You have already led various projects in the area of short and long turning. You work goal-oriented and systematically. Your confident and empathetic demeanor enables you to fulfill the role of project manager with confidence.

Thanks to your positive and inclusive attitude, you easily gain the trust of the teams. You have a sense for technical contexts as well as for internal and external customer needs. You are characterized by personal commitment, good writing skills, and pronounced communication and teamwork abilities.
