• You orchestrate large projects with budget responsibility that sustainably improve mobility worldwide

• Visionary with a completed engineering degree (mechanical engineering/electrical engineering) or comparable education with business know-how
• 5+ years of experience in managing large projects (plant engineering/rail vehicles)
• Linguistic skills: German & English as a negotiation basis, Dutch is an advantage
• Combination of strategic foresight and operational implementation strength
• Natural talent for complex contract design and claim management
• Certifications (IPMA/PMP) welcome but not mandatory
