Your Tasks

• Person-centered counseling of clients on abstinence from addictive substances, motivation and reflection in individual settings
• Support of clients in practical life areas, e.g. providing help to build an individual daily and weekly structure, creating weekly plans
• Support in building and maintaining social skills and contacts, e.g. preparation of meetings with relatives, promotion of interests
• Support in maintaining and promoting health, e.g. support in crisis management, assistance with doctor visits
• Participation in community life, e.g. leisure activities
• Creation of individual assistance plans and development reports
• The sought task profile extends over the Neustadt i. H. and Oldenburg i. H. area

Your Profile

• You have a completed degree in social work, social pedagogy or psychology (Bachelor or Master), or qualifications corresponding to the field
• You have a class B driving license
• You have an independent, structured and organized way of working
• You demonstrate creativity, empathy and commitment to the people you care for
