We are looking for a passionate, creative, and organized Marketing Coordinator capable of promoting Fairmont Le Montreux Palace through inspiring and coherent communication. Within the Marketing & Communication department, you will participate in content production, operational project follow-up, and be an essential link to boost the hotel's visibility in Switzerland and internationally.
Reporting to the Marketing and Communication Manager, your main duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Constantly providing a professional, friendly, and engaging service
- Managing the daily animation of social networks: content creation, scheduling, message monitoring, and community engagement.
- Participating in updating digital platforms (website, partners, listings) and creating newsletters
- Maintaining and updating the hotel's photo and video library Contributing to the creation, layout, and updating of communication materials
- Managing hotel signage and displays
- Ensuring compliance with Fairmont's visual identity in internal adaptations.
- Contributing to the execution of the annual marketing plan.
- Participating in promoting the hotel's offers, events, and novelties.
- Regularly monitoring competitors, market, and digital trends to feed the marketing strategy
- Contributing to digital reporting and analyzing basic performance
- Ensuring coordination and administrative follow-up with our external providers (agencies, printers, photographers, etc.)
- Participating in the logistical preparation of press or influencer visits
- Supporting the organization and visibility of internal and external marketing-related events
- Assisting the Marketing and Communication Manager in achieving objectives
- Coordinating requests and special projects efficiently and professionally
- Managing priorities and executing tasks within specific deadlines
- Applying LQA technical and emotional standards
- Always maintaining impeccable appearance, cleanliness, and hygiene
- Respecting company standards
- Respecting department policies and procedures
- Respecting ergonomic standards in terms of Health & Safety
- Complying with all safety policies
- Other tasks as assigned
- Training in Marketing, Communication, or equivalent field
- At least 6 months of initial experience in marketing
- Excellent writing skills in French and English required
- Developed aesthetic sense and interest in content creation (photo, video, social networks)
- Experience in hospitality or luxury is an asset
- Comfortable with digital tools (Adobe Suite and simple editing software are an advantage)
- Good organization, rigor, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Very good interpersonal skills and taste for teamwork.

To work in Switzerland, the candidate must hold a Swiss work permit or be from an EU-17 or EU-8 European country.
