Your skills and experience

• Completed training as a civil engineer or professional certificate as a certified master builder / construction manager with several years of professional experience
• Experience in estimation is an advantage
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office and good user knowledge of SAP (advantageous)
• Communicative and confident personality in negotiations
• Numerical flair, sense for economic contexts, ability to work in a team with an independent working style

Your area of responsibility

• Analyzing tenders in the acquisition phase
• Independent calculation (SAP) of projects in road / civil and concrete construction
• Preparation of offers, tender documents and technical reports
• Development of alternative variants, cost estimates and lump sum offers
• Support of the team in execution and in supplementary offers
