Maintenance Planner (m/f/d)
Are you passionate about optimizing machine performance and reducing costs? Become part of our team as a Maintenance Planner and take on an important role in maintaining and developing our maintenance systems as well as managing spare parts processes. You will work closely with the production planning department to create and implement annual and monthly maintenance plans – ensuring they are executed on time and within the specified time frames.
Position:
Collaborate with the production planning department to develop and implement annual and monthly maintenance plans for maintenance and production lines – ensuring timely completion, including outsourced maintenance work.
Improve machine performance and reduce spare parts costs by developing and maintaining effective maintenance systems.
Monitor the maintenance and operational readiness of subassemblies by coordinating the maintenance team’s schedule and managing inventory for the machine and embossing departments.
Coordinate and evaluate outsourced maintenance activities together with the production planning department.
Support studies on advanced spare parts and balance spare parts inventories to achieve the targeted cost efficiency.
Participate in projects to improve safety, production performance, non-tobacco materials (NTM), as well as tobacco yield and quality – and take the lead on these projects.
Requirements:
Practical experience in maintenance planning
Technical university education
Strong organizational, analytical, and technical skills
The ability to set priorities, communicate clearly, and conduct training
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (preferably SAP). Knowledge of Power BI would be a great advantage
Good English skills. German skills are an advantage
