Your tasks- Competent advice to our customers and active sales
- Parts identification via electronic media
- Preparation and follow-up of offers
- Complete order processing including deadline tracking
- Handling of complaints
- Further development of customer relationships
- Close coordination with the field sales team and other relevant interfaces
- Commercial or technical training, preferably also in the workshop sector
- Ideally experience in sales of car, commercial vehicle, and agricultural parts and technical understanding
- Dynamic, reliable, independent as well as goal- and solution-oriented working style
- Service orientation, strong communication skills, and ability to work in a team
