Deputy Team Leader Kitchen Bellevue 100% (m/f/d)
- Deputizing for the kitchen team leader Bellevue during their absence
- Preparing dishes and daily menus for the self-service restaurant as well as serving food to guests
- Production of mise en place
- Co-creating the seasonal menu offerings and daily menus
- Ordering and inventory control for the self-service restaurant
- Preparing half-board menus and breakfast buffets for hotel guests
- Assisting with banquets and special events
- Co-responsible for hygiene according to HACCP
- Late shift twice a week (including overnight stay on the mountain)
- Warm and service-oriented personality with joy in guest contact
- Completed training and professional experience as a chef EFZ
- Experience in similar positions
- Very good German skills and good spoken English skills, any additional foreign language is an advantage
- Creativity and joy in co-designing the menu offerings
- Teamwork, organizational talent, resilience, flexibility
