To strengthen our CSO teams (Customer Service and Sales Support), we are looking for a 1st April 2026 or by arrangement
Sales Controller CSO (Customer Service and Sales Support) 100% (m/f/d)
You support the sales management in their sales leadership with reports and budgeting, and you are also the first contact person for sales-oriented reporting to measure performance in the customer advisor area as well as in telesales and trade fair/market/mall business.
Your tasks:
- Management and further development of sales controlling by sales channels, products, and customers for the sales management as well as CSO management (Customer Sales Operations)
- Creation of performance development and performance records for customer advisors (analysis, preparation, and further development). Coordination and contact person for questions from customer advisors
- Annual and monthly sales and budget planning for the forecast and participation in forecast meetings with finance
- Planning and technical handling of territory assignments to customer advisors: preparation of the data basis, coordination of implementation with sales managers, BC data maintenance, and creation of rounding success controlling
- Manages key account customers in the B2B sector (gastronomy, butcher shops, and resellers) and the annual recalculation of head conditions
- Creates customer segment analyses and strategies in cooperation with digital analytics experts and sales managers. Identifies new sales potentials and prepares customer data so that the heads of the sales channels of customer advisors as well as telesales can undertake corresponding sales activities
- Creates customer lists for defined campaigns and sales activities
- Controls and manages the commission processes in the customer advisor area (data, reports, ERP, etc.) and maintains the interface to HR/payroll
- Occasionally takes over and assists with specific VKID tasks, e.g., car leasing management
- Participation in project groups to develop sales strategies, annual planning of sales activities, BMI and sample use, as well as to improve sales processes
Your profile:
- Commercial basic training
- Several years of experience in sales business reporting
- Analytical skills and flair for numbers
- Precise and proactive working style
- Experience in leading and implementing projects with business (sales) and IT application interfaces
- Very good IT user skills (MS Office, SharePoint, Excel, Intranet/Extranet, and Business Central, etc.)
- Experience in fleet management
- Entrepreneurial thinking personality with a lot of commitment, competence, and sense of duty
- Customer-oriented thinking and high team skills
- High motivation and goal-oriented
- Assertiveness
Languages
- Very good German skills
- Good French skills are an advantage
