Psychologist / Social Worker (Specialist in Vocational Integration)
Vocational Integration | Sursee | 70% - 90% | by arrangement
Your tasks
- Contact person for all tasks in the area of "Vocational Integration" at the Neubrugg production
- Case management for orders from IV offices for integration measures (IM), vocational measures, and job coaching
- Coordination and planning in the recruitment of people with IV pensions
- Organization, supervision, and coaching of integration measures
- Interdisciplinary collaboration (IV, legal guardians, therapists, social services, relatives, and internal specialists)
- Acquisition of new companies/maintaining existing contacts for internships
- Regular visits to clients (IM) at external workplaces
- Administrative tasks (e.g., writing reports) and project work
Your profile
- Degree in Social Work or Psychology (or comparable education)
- Further training in Supported Employment, Job Coaching, or Work Integration
- Expertise in mental health and social insurance (especially IV)
- Experience in dealing with people with mental illness
- Enjoyment of a hub function and resilience in hectic times
- Experience as a coach, in moderation, and concept work
- High communication skills and flawless written expression
- Strong service orientation, excellent self-organization, and great flexibility
- Winning and positive mindset in collaboration as well as a heart for inclusion topics
