As a specialist, you design and coordinate everyday life in your area of expertise and take responsibility for holistic, individual care and support of our residents.
Interdisciplinary collaboration is as natural to you as carrying out nursing measures, which you implement with high professional competence and empathy. You recognize changes in the condition of the residents early and initiate the necessary steps to provide support.
You actively involve relatives and trusted persons in the care process and maintain a professional and empathetic approach. Depending on the need, you take on additional areas of responsibility such as daily responsibility in shift work. In your work, you are supported by specialists such as the nursing and wound care expert and the palliative care coordinator.
- Education at secondary level (FaGe, FaBe, DNI, FASRK, elderly care worker, home care worker, etc.)
- Open and constructive personality
- Service and customer orientation
- Conscientious working style

- Electronic nursing documentation is standard with us
- Financial and/or time support for internal and external training and further education
- 5 weeks vacation, 6 weeks from age 45, 7 weeks from age 55
- Employer contribution to premiums for daily sickness allowance insurance and pension fund higher than legal regulations
