We are looking for an Inside Sales Manager (f/m/d) to complement our team and strengthen our sales activities in Northern and Eastern Europe as well as Japan with your expertise.

What tasks will you take on?
You will:
- work closely with our sales organizations in Northern and Eastern Europe as well as Japan.
- prepare market-appropriate offers in daily business and long-term price agreements for our partners.
- ensure technical advice for our partners together with our specialists.
- evaluate, interpret commercial data, and derive recommendations for action.
- identify improvement potentials in cross-departmental processes and interaction with sales partners and actively contribute to optimization.
- participate in the development and implementation of country-specific marketing plans.
What do we expect from you?
You:
- have a technical education or a commercial basic education with technical further training.
- ideally bring experience in international sales or marketing and come from a technical-industrial environment.
- are fluent in spoken and written German and English; additional Northern or Eastern European languages are an advantage.
- communicate clearly and structured – even in complex situations.
- are confident in using MS Office and ideally know SAP and Salesforce (CRM).
