Job Description
- Interdisciplinary and interprofessional collaboration with various professional groups
- Care of patients during inpatient treatment with a focus on rheumatology, internal medicine, and psychiatry
- Recognizing and acting appropriately in crisis situations
- Contributing to the further development of nursing in the inpatient setting
- Recording and evaluating nursing actions including according to NANDA
- Working in a three-shift system (including night shifts)
Qualifications
- Completed training as a certified nursing specialist HF, further training as a Pain Nurse is an advantage
- High professional and social competence as well as pronounced customer orientation
- Reliability, flexibility, and independence
- An open, positive, communicative, and committed personality with pronounced stress resistance
- Enthusiasm for the profession and empathy for patients
- Knowledge of common IT systems
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form, French skills desired
