Your tasks

As a Senior Requirements Engineer, you directly influence how leading financial institutions secure their competitiveness. You connect business and technology and ensure everyone pulls together. Your tasks at a glance:

• Requirements Engineering: You gather, analyze, and document software requirements and define actionable solutions.
• Product Backlog Management: With your structured backlog, you create the foundation for successful releases.
• Customer Collaboration: You conduct workshops and discovery sessions with our customers to identify real needs and optimize processes.
• Quality Focus: You ensure clear, understandable documentation and support agile teams in planning, implementation, and review of user stories.
• Solution Orientation: You evaluate options from functional, technical, and economic perspectives and actively contribute to architecture discussions.

Your profile

We are looking for personalities with a proactive, open nature and a passion for developing outstanding digital products. In addition, you convince in this role with the following qualifications:

• Several years of experience in requirements engineering, business analysis, or product ownership in software projects, ideally in an IT consulting company.
• Proven experience in conducting workshops as well as in targeted presentation and explanation of requirements to various stakeholders (development team, customer).
• Knowledge in identifying, describing, and maintaining requirements as well as specifications; ideally experience with the Atlassian toolchain (Jira, Confluence).
• Experience in the financial industry (core banking, payments, compliance) is a plus.
• Agile methods such as Scrum and Kanban are part of your daily routine.
• Fluent German (at least C1) and good English skills (at least B2).
