Your tasks:

You pamper our guests with fresh and regional dishes
Preparation of dishes at various stations
Mise en place for daily operations
Incoming goods inspection
Daily cleaning tasks including compliance and monitoring of kitchen hygiene

You bring with you:

Completed training as a cook with experience in the same or a similar position
You like to cook regional and with fresh products
Willingness to work flexible hours and occasional evening shifts
Independence and responsible working
Keep an overview in stressful situations
Resilience, team player and quick comprehension
Enjoy experiencing a summer season in the Grisons mountains
