Employee Facility Maintenance 100%

Your Challenge

• Maintaining and keeping clean the green areas, outdoor facilities, and walking paths
• Supporting and cleaning indoor areas such as offices, corridors, sanitary facilities, patient rooms
• Managing waste disposal
• Maintenance work and performing minor repairs
• Maintenance, care, and inspection of machines and equipment
• Reporting damages and adhering to safety measures
• Willingness for winter service / snow removal / on-call duty (only in winter)

Your Profile

• Completed training in a building technology, craft-technical profession or facility maintenance specialist
• Several years of professional experience in similar professions
• Good German skills in spoken and written form (at least level B2)
• Willingness for flexible working hours including weekends and holidays
• As a loyal, team-oriented personality, you enjoy learning new things. You are open to changes, reliable, and solution-oriented
• Physical resilience - customer-friendly - correct appearance
• Driver's license category B
