Your tasks:
- Ensure the daily operation and technical maintenance of professional premises in a demanding, confidential, and premium environment.
- Preventive and corrective maintenance: Perform small repairs in the following areas: electricity, plumbing, carpentry, locksmithing...
- Regularly check installations (lighting, furniture, air conditioners, etc.)
- Monitor technical equipment and provide first-level intervention in case of breakdown.
- Replace consumables (bulbs, filters, defective parts, etc.)
- Assemble, disassemble, move furniture and computer equipment (numerous relocations)
- Manage small office arrangements (cables, accessories).
- Assist during internal events (setting up meeting rooms, etc.)
- Be the daily technical contact for the client.
- Coordinate/accompany external service providers in case of heavier intervention.
Your profile:
- Strong knowledge in tertiary building maintenance
- Federal VET Diploma or equivalent in building technology
- Several years of experience in the field
- Proficiency with power and hand tools
- Knowledge of building safety standards and Swiss installations
- Neat appearance and professional attire
- Absolute discretion, respect for confidentiality
- Customer service orientation and responsiveness
- Autonomy, rigor, organizational skills
