Start of work: Immediately or by arrangement
The main task is the personal assistance to the institute management, e.g. triage of inquiries and appointment coordination.
Additional tasks include:
- Implementing various administrative and organizational tasks in the institute (e.g. organizational support for projects, maintaining contact data in the CRM, editing documents, and organizing institute events)
- General tasks for the institute and the department (substitution of the executive assistant as needed)
- Contact and point of contact for concerns of internal and external partners
For this role you bring:
- a commercial basic education
- several years of professional experience in a comparable position
- enjoyment of IT systems and very good knowledge of common Office applications
- good English skills (C1)
- high social competence
- pronounced and forward-looking organizational skills
