The main task is the personal assistance to the institute management, e.g. triage of inquiries and appointment coordination.

Additional tasks include:

• Implementing various administrative and organizational tasks in the institute (e.g. organizational support for projects, maintaining contact data in the CRM, editing documents, and organizing institute events)
• General tasks for the institute and the department (substitution of the executive assistant as needed)
• Contact and point of contact for concerns of internal and external partners

For this role you bring:

• a commercial basic education
• several years of professional experience in a comparable position
• enjoyment of IT systems and very good knowledge of common Office applications
• good English skills (C1)
• high social competence
• pronounced and forward-looking organizational skills
