It supports job seekers in their reintegration process into the labor market with measures from unemployment insurance. A quick and lasting job placement is the priority.
We are looking for a
Personnel Consultant RAV Sargans (m/f/d)
starting February 1, 2026, or by arrangement
Workload: 80-100%
Workplace: Sargans
What to expect
- Advising and placing job-seeking individuals
- Conducting and documenting counseling sessions
- Developing and agreeing on appropriate reintegration strategies and qualification measures with job seekers
- Collaboration with internal specialist departments (labor market measures logistics, legal service, employer service, etc.)
- Checking compliance with legal requirements and initiating sanctions in case of abuse
- Performing all administrative tasks related to the activities
What distinguishes you
- Commercial basic training or apprenticeship with commercial further education
- Federal diploma as HR specialist, social insurance specialist, or willingness to complete this further education
- Professional experience in personnel placement, personnel consulting, demanding customer consulting, or close relation to social insurance
- Empathetic and solution-oriented communication with a wide range of interlocutors from different social and cultural backgrounds
- Flexibility and willingness to work at the RAV locations Heerbrugg and Rapperswil if required
