Our Business Unit Lubrication Technology offers high-quality lubricants, maintenance products, and services for the industrial sector. We carry products from well-known manufacturers and are the exclusive distributor of Shell lubricants in Switzerland.

Sales Consultant in Field Service 80-100% (m/f/d)

Are you a born hunter with a passion for sales? Would you like to take care of existing customers and open up new business opportunities in the industrial and construction sectors for the Mittelland region (AG, BE, BS, BL)? Then we are looking for you!

Your tasks and challenges

• You take care of and expand existing customers in the industry
• By acquiring new customers and projects (pipeline management), you actively contribute to the growth of our lubricant business
• You develop targeted conversation strategies and successfully implement sales and marketing strategies
• You actively use the CRM system to optimize customer relationships and manage the sales process
• You work closely with technical, inside sales, product management, and marketing teams to achieve optimal customer care
• You build bridges across all business areas to increase the share of wallet with existing customers

Your talents and experience

• You have sales-specific training (e.g., sales specialist) with a high technical understanding or a strong motivation to acquire technical knowledge
• You have already gained and successfully developed experience in field service, especially in active new customer acquisition
• You have very good German skills; good English and Italian skills are an advantage
• You convince with your quick comprehension, outstanding organizational skills, and high empathy
• It is an advantage if you have completed technical training (e.g., car, truck, machine, or polymechanic) and have good business management skills
