One of our central services is the Property Maintenance Department, which is located on the Königsfelden site. To strengthen our HVAC area, we are looking for you as

• Maintenance of building technical systems (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary systems, etc.)
• Planning, organizing, and carrying out inspection, maintenance, and repair work
• General maintenance, renovation, and refurbishment work on buildings and facilities
• Fault management (analysis, troubleshooting, repair, coordination with external partners)
• Supervision and monitoring of external service providers
• Support of building automation and control systems

• Completed vocational training with a federal certificate of competence in building technology (HVAC)
• Willingness for on-call duty
• Good PC skills (MS Office, CAFM advantageous)
• Driver's license category B
• Willingness for interdisciplinary collaboration
