Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
You report to the SPA Director. As a SPA Therapist/Receptionist, you are an ambassador of the Guerlain brand, its history, values, and expertise. You are a Beauty Expert (facial & body aesthetic expertise). Your daily tasks will be as follows:
- Ensure perfect mastery of protocols, methods, products, services/rituals, and the Guerlain history of our Beauty Experts.
- Manage the flawless implementation of personalized treatments (diagnosis, program construction, treatment customization, recommendation).
- Create an extraordinary treatment experience for each of our clients by performing Guerlain rituals.
- Establish a lasting relationship with clients by building loyalty.

Qualifications
PROFILE SOUGHT
- Experience: You have a diploma in massage or equivalent and at least 3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in luxury hospitality.
- Personality: Hospitality sense, rigor, keen attention to detail, and excellent team spirit are the main qualities sought for this position.
- Languages: Must speak, read, and write French and English. A third language would be a plus.
- Availability: As soon as possible.
