At our location in Kreuzlingen (TG) on Lake Constance, we are looking for a

Master Data & Reporting Specialist (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Master data management, creation, maintenance, and archiving in SAP according to internal guidelines and regulatory requirements (GMP, GDP, SOX)
• Creation and maintenance of conversion factors and planning units to ensure correct planning and calculation
• Ensuring data quality, completeness, and consistency of master data
• Execution and coordination of master data changes as well as mass data maintenance in SAP in coordination with relevant departments
• Ensuring correct material, customer, and product classification as well as assignment of plant certificates and relevant documentation
• SAP key user function including user support, conducting training, and creating process documentation
• Creation, maintenance, and further development of reports, queries, and evaluations for supply chain, planning, and management
• Development and optimization of reporting and dashboard solutions to improve data availability and decision-making bases
• Further development and standardization of master data processes, guidelines, and data governance structures
• Ensuring data backups, archiving, and supporting business continuity and recovery processes
• Participation in cross-departmental projects to improve data quality, reporting, system integration, and supply chain transparency

We expect:

• Studies or further education in supply chain management, business informatics, business administration, or comparable training
• Several years of experience in master data management, reporting, or supply chain environment
• Very good IT skills (SAP material master data, ERP processes; MS Office, especially Excel)
• Experience in creating reports and dashboards with Power BI
• Knowledge of Power Apps and the Microsoft Power Platform is an advantage
• Routine in handling data analysis and reporting tools
• Analytical and structured working style
• High IT and data affinity
• Independent and responsible working style
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Proactive and solution-oriented working style
• Very good German and English skills, spoken and written
