DEPARTMENT HEAD: TECHNICAL INSULATIONS 100 %
Responsibility for projects, team, and processes
Company location: 4422 Arisdorf BL
Your role - with responsibility and impact
Management of a department with around 40 employees (project management and installation staff)
Maintaining customer relationships as well as active acquisition of new customers
Calculation of offers and support of projects up to billing
Project management and negotiation to ensure optimal results
Control of processes across the entire service area with direct reporting to management
Taking over operational responsibility for a sub-area up to execution
Achieving sales targets and actively contributing to revenue growth
Your profile
Dynamic and sales-oriented personality with leadership experience
Professional experience in the construction industry, ideally with project management tasks
Business management knowledge to complement practical experience
Strong communication skills and high social competence
Sense of responsibility and entrepreneurial thinking
