HR Specialist (Payroll) 30%
For the establishment of our new Business Service department, we are looking for an HR specialist. In a small team, you are responsible for ensuring that payroll processing and social insurances are handled correctly. In collaboration with the HR administration, you are responsible for all HR-related topics. You report directly to the head of Business Service and maintain close contact with various departments.

What you can achieve
Monthly payroll runs for about 190 employees
Correct handling of entries and exits (payroll processing)
Management of personnel files and insurances
Year-end tasks as well as various statistics
Support and deputizing for the HR administrator for other personnel-related tasks
Possibly assistance and deputizing in accounting (creditors, debtors)
What you bring with you
Further training as an HR specialist or social insurance specialist
Experience in payroll processing including social insurances
Enjoy helping our employees with advice and support
Independent and precise way of working
Good knowledge of common MS Office programs
Experience with Infoniqa is an advantage
