What you can achieve
- You manage and maintain customer files as well as master data in ERP, CRM systems and SAP S4/HANA.
- You ensure the required service level for our customers and sales departments.
- You clarify interface issues in electronic exchange (2nd level support).
- You create customer-relevant correspondence and billing.
- You actively participate in the project "Replacement of existing ERP solution by SAP S4/HANA" (project "Modulo").
- You independently handle customer inquiries, clarify discrepancies, ensure the telephone availability of customer support and assist in emergency and crisis situations.
- You take over the processing and control of customer invoices and credit notes as well as special tasks according to order.
- You create customer mailings – partly in cooperation with marketing communication – and actively participate in projects.
What you bring with you
- You have completed commercial training and have at least 3 years of professional experience in customer order processing.
- You have very good MS Office skills (especially Excel).
- You have experience with SAP S4/HANA and are willing to further expand your knowledge.
- You have an independent, precise and structured way of working with a pronounced flair for numbers and analytical skills and can set priorities correctly.
- You have flawless, confident German in spoken and written form and good oral French skills; additional languages are an advantage.
- You feel comfortable in a hub function
- You are open-minded and loyal and enjoy working in a dynamic environment.
- You are a team player, flexible and always act customer-oriented.
