The Foundation for Adolescent Girls is specialized in caring for young girls between 15 and 18 years old presenting behavioral disorders, acute family issues, as well as difficulties integrating both professionally and socially. Located in the heart of Lausanne, it has a residential structure, a day program, and offers outpatient care for former residents.

Your mission You actively participate in managing the structure and contribute to implementing the institutional strategy alongside the management. A true field relay, you ensure the quality of educational support and respect for the pedagogical concept, while supporting the team daily.
- Collaborate with the director, participate in decision-making, and ensure their implementation on the ground.
- Supervise and support a team of eight educators, promoting communication and cohesion.
- Ensure organization and planning: schedules and replacements, administrative follow-up.
- Contribute to the development of individual projects and the evolution of professional practices.
- Maintain quality relationships with families, partners, and external networks.
- Be active in the daily life of the home to guarantee educational coherence and continuity of support.

Desired profile Bachelor of Science in Social Work or considered equivalent, holder of a CAS or MAS diploma or interest in training. Minimum 5 years of experience, preferably in adolescent residential care. Proven skills in team management and socio-educational project management. Ability to unite, promote a positive and participative dynamic. Organizational skills, effective priority management, and good stress management. Writing and administrative ease; proficiency in common computer tools. Category B driving license.
