Operations Mechanic

At our production plant NARIDA AG in Lanzenhäusern, we produce well-known cereal bars and snacks for domestic and international markets. We are looking for an Operations Mechanic 100% to start immediately or by arrangement.

For mechanical troubleshooting as well as preventive maintenance and servicing of our process and packaging systems. In this role, you cover the interesting and varied spectrum of maintenance in food production.

• You perform format changes on our production equipment
• You prepare and set up the machines for production
• You resolve disruptions in the production process
• You carry out maintenance work
• You implement improvements and optimizations

• You have a technical basic education as a technician (mechanic, polymechanic, agricultural machinery mechanic, electromechanic)
• You are willing to work in a 2-shift system
• You are motivated, reliable, loyal, and value punctuality
• You are team-oriented, responsible, and independent
• Your German language skills in speaking and writing are good

After thorough training, you will work independently and be part of a motivated, cheerful, and dynamic team with a flat management structure and short decision-making paths.
