Head of Product Maintenance (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

• Technical and personnel management of the product maintenance team with 3 employees
• Capacity planning for the maintenance activities and version projects to be processed
• Ensuring quality, standards, and approval compliance throughout the entire product lifecycle
• Development and design of new device versions as well as component changes up to industrialization
• Creation and maintenance of manufacturing documents and article definitions
• Technical coordination with customers, external development partners, suppliers, and production
• Conducting failure analyses and defining measures
• Comprehensive support and implementation of changes - from problem analysis to series introduction
• Further development and definition of specific product maintenance processes

Your qualifications:

• Training as a designer, ideally with further education as a technician HF
• Experience with plastics, especially in the design of tool-compliant plastic parts
• Several years of experience in product development as well as initial leadership experience
• Broad technical understanding as well as logical and networked thinking
• CAD knowledge, preferably Siemens NX / TC
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Independent, precise, and structured way of working
• Confident appearance and pleasant manners
• Team player, flexible, creative, and resilient
• English level B1
