• Personal and economic assistance for individuals and families according to the Social Assistance Act, SKOS guidelines, and internal regulations
• Counseling people in difficult life situations
• Drafting and implementing decisions of the Social Committee
• Independent case management as well as maintaining case documentation
• Assertion of financial claims against third parties
• Collaboration with internal and external specialist agencies

• Degree in social work HFS/FH or equivalent education 
• Several years of professional experience in social assistance and social insurance law is an advantage 
• Very good communication skills, professional conduct even in demanding situations 
• Resilient and team-oriented personality with high social competence 
• Affinity for numbers as well as administrative and organizational skills 
• CAS Case Management (with a focus on health) is an advantage
• Very good IT user skills (Tutoris, CMI, MS365)
