- You have a teaching diploma and have either obtained a Master’s degree in school special education or are willing to complete it
- You bring enthusiasm for working with children and are interested in their diverse developmental issues
- Your working style is characterized by a rich variety of methods as well as differentiated teaching and learning approaches
- You are a team player, responsible, and committed
