Your tasks
- Maintenance, upkeep, cleaning, and care of the properties including surroundings
- Maintenance, cleaning, and care of machines and equipment
- Assistance with maintenance and deep cleaning
- Supervision and maintenance of technical systems
- Execution of minor repairs
- Monitoring and control of work by external companies
Your profile
- Completed training as a Facility Maintenance Specialist EFZ in building services
- Several years of professional experience, ideally at a public school facility
- Reliable, careful, and independent working style
- Friendly and professional interaction with various contact groups
- High resilience and good physical fitness
- Driver's license category B required, category BE advantageous
- Residence nearby (approx. 30 minutes) for reliable on-call and winter service
