Intern: Mobile Robotics and Robot Deployment in Watch Production (On-site)
This internship aims to investigate the integration of mobile and collaborative robotic solutions in a predominantly manual watch production environment. You will be responsible for conducting technological benchmarks, programming and testing robots under real production conditions, and developing a comprehensive test program that evaluates the relevance, performance, and safety of various technologies.
The internship also includes creating a training program for watchmakers and operators so that they can safely, efficiently, and independently use and maintain the new robotic solutions.
- Education in robotics, automation, mechatronics, or a comparable technical field
- Solid knowledge in industrial and mobile robotics
- Confidence in integration and communication between automated systems
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
- Strong interest in innovative technologies and the watch industry
- Practical experience with MQTT and OPC UA protocols
- Ability to program, configure, and test robots in a real industrial environment
- Knowledge of testing methods as well as performance and safety evaluation
- Ability to develop and structure a technical training program
- Understanding of production processes in watch production or modern industrial environments
You have very good knowledge of French or German and understand the other language. You understand technical English.
