For our department Special Foundations we are looking for you as our new Senior Project Manager Special Foundation Engineering (m/f/d) 80-100%. Your future place of employment will be in Opfikon.
What you will drive
- Overall responsibility for the planning, control, and implementation of complex special foundation engineering projects
- Leadership and coordination of internal and external project teams (including site management, foremen, subcontractors)
- Ensuring compliance with deadlines, quality, and costs
- Strategic AVOR, resource planning and deployment
- Contract and change order management including negotiations with clients and partners
- Interface management with other trades and project participants
- Implementation and further development of project controlling
Why you will succeed
- Completed education in construction (e.g., civil engineer, certified construction supervisor) – ideally with further training in project management
- Several years of professional experience in project management in special foundation engineering
- Strong leadership skills and experience in leading interdisciplinary teams
- Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel), SAP/R3, and project management tools
- Entrepreneurial thinking, high personal responsibility, and strong communication skills
- Resilient, structured, and solution-oriented personality with a strong customer focus
