Multi-technical Building Technician
For one of our sites in Aubonne, we are looking for a 100% multi-technical building technician. The scope of intervention includes elevators, doors/barriers, protection, and sanitary systems.
Your missions
- Execution of planned preventive maintenance programs
- Preparation of interventions, supervision of any subcontractors
- Execution of corrective maintenance and troubleshooting interventions
- Management of interventions from assignment to lockout/tagout
- Execution of various works based on quotes
- Writing intervention or analysis reports in a CMMS software
- Ensuring compliance with the client’s internal regulations
Your profile
- Federal VET diploma in a building technology profession
- More than 10 years of experience in the multi-technical field on a site is mandatory
- Good task organization skills and excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent command of French
- Experience in the pharmaceutical field would be an asset
- Supervision of a small team is an asset
