We are looking for a Head of Electronics Production (m/f/d) to complement our team and further advance our electronics production. In this role, you will play a key part in turning innovative ideas into reliable products that help protect resources and use energy responsibly worldwide.

What tasks will you take on?

You will:

• lead the Electronics-Technology department with around 40 employees in a 2-shift operation.
• ensure first-class production support with your teams.
• actively develop the organization by improving processes and standards specifically in terms of process excellence.
• promote cross-departmental collaboration with development, production engineering, electronics manufacturing, procurement, and controlling, thereby contributing to a motivating work environment.
• coach and actively develop your managers and technical specialists.

What do we expect from you?

You:

• have a higher technical education with an electrical engineering background (FH or equivalent qualification).
• have completed further training in operations, business administration, or process management.
• bring several years of professional experience in the electronics field as well as in a leadership role in a manufacturing company.
• know how to specifically develop teams.
• have solid knowledge in electronics production, project and process management, and handling digital systems (e.g., ERP, MES).
• communicate confidently in German and English.
