Junior Marketing Manager Customer Activation (m/f/d)
Your new tasks
- Planning and implementation of CRM activities (e.g., newsletters and mailings)
- Collaboration in the further development of our customer loyalty program mypfister (e.g., development of mailings, events, giveaways, etc.)
- Close cooperation with internal teams, branches, purchasing, and external partners
- Participation in classic communication campaigns (brochures, SMS, online, POS)
- Support in projects in the CRM and campaign environment
- Support with administrative tasks in marketing (appointment coordination, filing, maintenance of lists and documentation)
What you bring with you
- Completed commercial basic training or a comparable education in marketing/communications
- First practical experience in marketing (e.g., internship, marketing assistant)
- Strong organizational skills and a clean, reliable way of working
- Very good communication skills (written and spoken)
- Confident handling of office tools (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- High self-motivation, hands-on mentality, and resilience
- First experience with POS materials, production, or regional marketing measures
- Experience in retail or trade environment
- Interest in interior design, living, or trends in retail
