As part of project studies in general contracting, our technical competence center is looking to expand its team.

Within the French-speaking Switzerland Calculation team, you are responsible for the analysis, optimization and costing of tender dossiers in general contracting, in the fields of structural work, earthworks, special works and exterior developments (AMEX).

You ensure the technical and economic relevance of the offers, respect of budgets and coherence of interfaces between lots. Your role includes a critical analysis of the concepts proposed by the clients as well as the search for optimized solutions that add value to the project. You work closely with Implenia's internal divisions, external partners and clients.

Responsibilities

• Critical analysis of specifications, descriptions, plans and concepts provided by clients
• Verification of scope limits and interfaces between lots.
• Costing of services (structural work, earthworks, AMEX, special works) taking into account the local market.
• Identification of risks, opportunities and variants likely to add value.
• Consultation of suppliers and subcontractors; preparation of specifications for calls for tenders.
• Comparative analysis of received offers, with recommendations.
• Participation in pre-award and negotiation meetings with management, client and partners.
• Collaboration with other internal divisions and client partners; management and monitoring of interfaces.
• Preparation of technical tender dossiers (descriptions, methods, indicative schedules, etc.).
• Contribution to strategic decisions of the general contracting company through critical analyses and optimization proposals.
• Ensure follow-up of executed costs after award for feedback and improvement of costing bases.
• Capitalization of feedback and implementation of ratios on executed projects.

You bring

• Technical training (civil engineer, civil engineering technician or equivalent) and several years of experience in a design office, general contracting company or specialized company.
• Good knowledge of the local market, prices, and construction techniques related to structural work, earthworks, special works and exterior developments.
• Critical analysis skills and synthesis spirit, solution and optimization oriented.
• Sensitivity to environmental, sustainability aspects and regulatory and normative requirements (certifications, cantonal standards, etc.).
• Rigor, autonomy and respect for deadlines.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to present your analyses and proposals to internal teams as well as management.
• Excellent negotiation skills and stress management during tender periods.
• Mastery of GéoMensura software (an asset).
• Good knowledge of MS Office suite.
• Appreciated knowledge of Autocad, Revit, Solibri, Attic+.
