In the General Secretariat of the Education Directorate, we are looking for an HR Project Manager with an 80% workload starting January 1, 2026, or by agreement.
Your area of responsibility
You will be responsible, together with the Head of HR and a team colleague, for demanding strategic projects and tasks. You will work on projects in the areas of HR strategy development, digitalization, as well as personnel and leadership development at the directorate or cantonal level. In addition, you are responsible for the establishment and further development of the HR controlling of the directorate. In this position, you either provide support or take on project or subproject management. You coordinate all threads and ensure that all stakeholders are involved in the processes in a timely manner. You are the contact person for external or internal inquiries, give presentations, or conduct moderations. Conceptual tasks or collaboration on internal departmental issues and assignments are also part of your broad range of duties.
Your profile
You are an HR professional with a higher education degree, training in project management and HR controlling, and at least 3 years of experience as a project manager in large organizations, preferably in the public administration. You also bring SAP knowledge. In addition to strong communication and interpersonal skills, you have implementation strength and assertiveness. As a personality, you convince with your enthusiastic, proactive, and committed manner as well as your service and customer orientation. Furthermore, you are a team player and open to a changing environment. You have conceptual skills and gladly take on responsibility. Excellent German and very good IT user skills are prerequisites for this position.
