Your tasks
- In this role, you lead a team of six professional guardians and take on the professional, organizational, and personnel management.
- You implement child protection measures on behalf of the Child and Adult Protection Authority.
- You advise, support, and empower affected individuals and initiate change processes.
- You prepare accountability reports, statements, and applications.
- You collaborate with internal and external interfaces.
- You actively participate in the further development of the area.
Your profile
- You have a university degree in social work as well as further training in child protection or in systemic or solution-oriented counseling.
- You have professional experience in statutory social work and ideally already some leadership experience or corresponding leadership training.
- As an empathetic, well-organized, and reliable person, you enjoy professionally advising and supporting children and young adults.
- You are motivated to help shape structures and modernize processes.
- You understand leadership as the ability to empower people to take responsibility and achieve goals together.
- You think strategically, make clear decisions, and implement them with assertiveness and a keen sense of priorities.
