About the job
The St-Camille Association primarily assists adults with physical disabilities by providing them with care facilities and workshop work opportunities. It is headquartered in Marly with a second site in Villars-sur-Glâne.
For our Préalpes Home in Villars-sur-Glâne, we are hiring an ASSC A 50%.
Your tasks:
- Integrated into a large team, you support and assist about thirty residents in daily life activities while promoting their autonomy. You provide care adapted to their needs and situation and ensure their well-being.
- You collaborate on preventive measures and contribute to improving the quality of care.
- You participate in the supervision and training of apprentices and interns.
Desired profile:
With a Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as ASSC, you are an organized, autonomous person with excellent interpersonal skills. You wish to apply your skills to support people with physical disabilities, and kindness is among your qualities. Your ability to manage situations calmly makes you a reliable and appreciated person. You are eager to collaborate with a close-knit team.
