Job Description
Within the framework of deploying its strategy, the real estate department is looking for an intern in project management to contribute to the implementation of the target organization, particularly for Human Resources and communication aspects. This position includes two main missions:
During your internship, you will have a support mission for projects with a strong component in planning, project document management, and database creation.
Then, in close collaboration with the HR project manager, you will participate in the complete creation of a skills matrix for the Real Estate Department.
This work notably involves identifying, categorizing, and formalizing the key skills expected within the various professions of the Department, then building a structured tool to obtain a clear and operational vision of the present skills, in order to support strategic decisions (workload management, project prioritization, team organization, etc.).
This mission is the core of the internship and is part of a global HR transformation project aimed at strengthening the clarity, coherence, and efficiency of the organization.
You will work within a transversal and versatile team and participate daily in project management. In addition to these missions, you will contribute to strategic reflections related to the reorganization of the Real Estate Department, thus contributing to ongoing transformation work. Given the sensitive nature of the information processed, you will demonstrate a keen sense of confidentiality.
This internship allows you to understand project management in its conceptual, relational, administrative, and organizational dimensions, within an expert and dynamic team.
Qualifications
You are at the end of your Master's degree and are pursuing an engineering training in management or administration, or in public management with a project management component, and must complete a mandatory internship under contract as part of your university curriculum.
You are a flexible, rigorous, organized person with good interpersonal skills; you know how to work autonomously and in a team, developing harmonious relationships with your contacts. You demonstrate diplomacy and social skills.
You act methodically and demonstrate listening skills, curiosity, and communication abilities (oral and written). You enjoy structuring and schematizing.
You have an interest in topics related to organization and the real estate sector in a hospital context as well as an interest in project planning. You possess good writing skills and are comfortable with office/collaborative tools.
