• Your core tasks include financial planning, controlling, and risk management
• You conduct property valuations, review mandate dossiers, and collectively approve mandates
• As a professional contact person in the area of mandate contracts, you support the real estate advisors
• You are responsible for the compensation regulations and strategic concepts and continuously develop them further
• You handle difficult customer cases and manage any legal cases together with the legal department
• You ensure contract management for the executive management

• Experience in the real estate sector, ideally in the brokerage environment
• University of Applied Sciences or University degree or a comparable education or training
• You have solid knowledge of contract law
• You are an entrepreneurial-thinking, team-oriented, and communicative personality with negotiation skills and high resilience
• You feel comfortable in a role as an all-rounder with high responsibility and scope for design as well as diverse tasks
• German is your native language, preferably you communicate in French or English
