As part of a position renewal within the Technical domain, we are offering a position for:
Head of the Jonction Maintenance Center
Your mission
Reporting to the technical director, you manage, plan, and organize, for the Jonction site, the human, technical, and financial resources to carry out maintenance activities and vehicle availability, in order to offer a quality of service that meets the needs of various internal and external clients, in compliance with the current technical rules, standards, and directives.
Your main responsibilities
• Lead an activity center comprising about 20 people related to vehicle maintenance, and a fleet mainly composed of approx. 104 trolleybuses and 12 TOSA,
• ensure that the staff is qualified, motivated, and efficient to accomplish the mission and set objectives,
• propose and implement necessary improvement actions regarding methods, procedures, and work tools to effectively ensure the mission and objectives,
• according to the long-term established schedule, supervise the organization, coordination, and execution of maintenance work and specific actions,
• propose and monitor the budgets necessary to achieve the agreed objectives.
Your profile
• Technical CFC in the fields of electricity/mechanics or equivalent qualification,
• additional training in the relevant fields or federal diploma,
• approx. 10 years of professional experience in the mechanical/electrical sector in maintenance with responsibilities in supervision, planning, and operational unit management,
• very good technical knowledge of the vehicles concerned and the operation of a maintenance center,
• knowledge of applicable laws, ordinances, and circulars,
• German, good spoken and written skills.
