Our Swiss tech company KEMARO AG launched the world’s first autonomous dry cleaning robot for industrial use – the K900 – in 2018. The first employee was hired in November 2019, and in the meantime, nearly 60 employees are working at the Eschlikon TG site.
To strengthen our Customer Success Team, we are looking for an immediate or agreed start:
Robotics Service Technician 80-100%
We are looking for a highly motivated employee to join our young and dynamic team. As a service technician, you are responsible for service, maintenance, and repair work on our autonomous robots at customers in Switzerland and nearby abroad. This position requires flexible willingness to travel to best support our customers and solve technical problems on site.
Your Tasks
In this versatile role, you will take on, among other things:
- Performing service, maintenance, and repair work on KEMARO K900 robots as well as other models
- Service deployments in Switzerland, partly in Germany, and nearby abroad
- Error diagnosis and troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and electronic components
- Documentation of service deployments and feedback to development and engineering
- Installation, commissioning, and training of customers on site
- Flexible support in production as needed (assembly, testing, quality assurance)
- Close cooperation with service, production, and development
Your Profile
- Completed technical training (e.g., mechanic, mechatronics technician, electromechanic, or similar)
- Experience in servicing machines, systems, or robotics is an advantage
- Willingness to travel within Switzerland and occasionally abroad
- Flexible, independent, and solution-oriented working style
- High commitment and ability to work in a team
- Driver’s license category B
- Good German skills; English or other foreign languages are an advantage
